Reservation T&C
- A cover charge of 1500 rs per person, as specified on the reservation portal for the Lunch and 2000 for dinner must be paid at the time of booking. By placing an order of the food , if the total bill exceeds the cover charge, the additional amount must be settled at the restaurant.
If the total bill is less than the cover charge paid, no refund will be issued.
- Entries allowed only upto over 15 minutes of your booked time slots as this is an experience hotel.
- If you are not reporting at the hotel reception within 15 minutes of your reserved timeslot, your booking will be cancelled.
- Kids below 4 years dine free at Patang Hotel.
- Kids between 4 to 8 years are charged at 50% and children above 8 years are considered as adults.
- Once reserved, no cancellation or refund is entertained.
